Camille is the founder of Estuary Branding. She has spent the past 20 years helping companies including GE, BNY Mellon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and JP Morgan define their brands and tell their stories through compelling content.

Rich Clayton

Design & UX Director

Rich is a multi-disciplinary designer with a specific focus on User Experience and Interface design. Formerly an award winning industrial designer, he has created brand, user interface, user experience and digital design solutions for a wide range of clients worldwide over the last decade across multiple industries, including computer gaming, enterprise software, entertainment, music, lifestyle and FMCG. 

Andre Boeke

Web Developer

Andre specializes in creating highly functional, engaging digital experiences. He has over 10 years experience in web development and managing development teams, leading multiple multi-national projects for well known brands such as HSBC, Dr Martens, and Compass Group. 

Chuck Routhier

Creative Director

Chuck has over 30 years of design experience and has worked on comprehensive branding programs for Hertz, BlackBerry, Burger King, Capital One, Clairol, Lipitor, Maxwell House, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Cetaphil and Thomas’s as well as projects for Yale School of Management, SFAIDs Foundation, Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum and Neuberger Museum at SUNY Purchase.


Martyn Tipping

Strategy & Verbal Branding

Martyn is a brand strategist, naming expert, writer, and content creator. Over the course of his career, Martyn has lead brand transformation and innovation programs for clients including Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, Pfizer, Israel Bonds, JDC, GORE-TEX®, American Express, Comcast, Amnesty International, GE, Goldman Sachs, and Eli Lilly. He has extensive experience working with start-ups and private equity owned companies to help them drive growth and build value through branding.


Robyn Sands

Creative Director & Copywriter

Robyn is an award-winning advertising copywriter. She’s produced national and global campaigns for American Express, Pfizer Women’s Health, Land Rover, Miller, General Motors, Hershey, GlaxoSmithKline, and many more. From creating corporate and product names to developing creative-driven, integrated campaigns, Robyn always delivers a wealth and breadth of ideas. 

Alex Fallon

Creative Director

Alex is an award-winning advertising art director and graphic designer. She has worked at many top agencies including Young & Rubicam, Mezzina/Brown, McCann Amster Yard, and Ogilvy & Mather. Alex brings a creative approach and extraordinary attention to detail to her work for clients ranging from consumer packaged goods to financial services to non-profits. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, and completed her training at Portfolio Center and The Creative Circus in Atlanta, Georgia.


Chief Security Officer

Evie is a founding member of the Estuary team. She hails from Joplin, MO and moved to Brooklyn in 2011, and to Surrey in 2019. She has an uncanny ability to sense danger and an unfortunate lack of discretion as to the appropriate times to express her opinions.



We were delighted to welcome Isla to the Estuary team in 2021. As intern, she has demonstrated great enthusiasm for, well, everything.  Isla reports to Evie, who provides careful supervision.
